Emmanuelle Renelique Alexis is a highly accomplished executive and entrepreneur, recognized for her strategic vision, organizational leadership, and unwavering commitment to impactful business objectives. Currently, Emmanuelle is the Owner of Amazing Adult Day Health, overseeing two Adult Day Health centers: Awakening Excellence ADH and Amazing Ambiance ADH. In this pivotal role, she leverages her extensive experience to ensure the highest quality of care and operational excellence across both facilities, demonstrating her dedication to enhancing the well-being of older adults.

Her career reflects a consistent track record of success in implementing transformative initiatives, fostering substantial growth, and cultivating high-performance teams. As the CEO and Founder, Emmanuelle spearheaded a startup to achieve a remarkable 200% revenue growth and implemented cost-saving strategies that resulted in a 30% increase in overall profit. She effectively led a team, cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment that fostered innovation and efficiency. Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, Emmanuelle honed her legal and project management expertise in prestigious law firms. Emmanuelle's early career began as a Research Associate at Robert Brandon & Associates, Washington, DC., where she was instrumental in creating effective record systems for legislation and preparing insightful, content-specific summaries on various legal issues. She also served as a Knowledge Management Assistant at Goodwin Procter, LLP, conducting extensive research and data input for various databases, further solidifying her analytical and organizational skills.

Emmanuelle is a distinguished graduate of The George Washington University, holding a B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in International Politics. Her global perspective is further enhanced by her proficiency in French and advanced skills in Haitian-Creole. She is deeply committed to her community, actively serving as a Board Member for the Massachusetts Adult Day Services Association, an Executive Committee Member of the MA Older Adult Behavioral Health Network, and a member of the Roslindale Leaders Group. Her dedication to community service also includes past leadership positions as Vice-Chair of the Youth Works Committee for the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, DE&I Committee for the Alzheimer's Association, Board of Directors for Boston Partners in Education, Boston Branch NAACP, and George Washington University Alumni Admissions.
