Biography

Eunice D. Zeigler: Masters Degree in Economic + Social development of regions from UMass Lowell, she became the first person of color elected as a City Councilor in Methuen. She went on to become the youngest female to Vice Chair the council and subsequently Chair. She has over 10 years of community organizing experience, 9+ years experience in economic and social development, and +7 years in municipal finance, grant writing, and government regulatory compliance. She is the VP of Strategic Planning and Administration at Emmaus Inc., and is a member of various cultural and civic organizations including Methuen Arts. She is also serves as a Governor's Councillor for District 5.
