                                Clifford Nau has made significant contributions to entrepreneurship and economic development in Haiti for the last 12 years by advising public sector institutions, international organizations and business associations, on doing business reform, on financial inclusion, remittances & fintech policies, innovation strategy, and building business ecosystems in emerging markets. He was instrumental in the launch of the first Caribbean full featured tech business incubator in 2017-2018, where he worked with more than 12 tech startups in Haiti. Clifford is the co-founder and COO of the fintech startup Kura Technologies, the president of “Ekosistem Fintek Ayiti” (Haitian Fintech Ecosystem), and professor of Public Policy at Haitian State University (CTPEA).
Clifford Nau completed an MBA degree at MIT Sloan school of management, an MPP degree at Georgia State university, an executive degree on financial inclusion strategy at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, an advanced degree in Public Policy at Ecole Nationale d’administration, ENA (France), and an advanced bachelor degree in Applied Quantitative Economics at CTPEA.
