Rebecca Roseme Obounou is a Haitian-American leader specializing in connecting philanthropic capital and values-centered investment to drive social innovation. She designs and implements strategic initiatives for foundations, non-profits, and impact ventures, with a proven record of building engaged donor and investor communities.
As Founder and President of CHES, Inc. for over ten years, she led a multinational team to secure over $200K in funding and provide technical assistance to more than 200 entrepreneurs in Haiti. At NEID Global, she managed and grew a network of over 180 member relationships, launching regional hubs and facilitating panels on key industry trends. 
A skilled facilitator and speaker, Rebecca leads workshops on community-led development and entrepreneurship as a tool for wealth-building. She has served as a Values-Aligned Investing Circle Leader with Invest for Better, guiding a peer-learning journey for women investors of Caribbean heritage. 
Rebecca holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation from Babson College and a B.S. in Business Management from Bentley University and has co-authored two peer reviewed academic publications. She is fluent in Haitian Kreyòl and French.
