Francise Jean-Louis

Francise Jean-Louis also known as Fancy, is a Haitian American entrepreneur, marketing professional, and community advocate based in Connecticut. She is the Founder and CEO of Haitian American Collaborative, Inc., Founder and Executive Director of the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Connecticut, and founder of Fancy Marketing Services, LLC. Her work brings together community outreach, business promotion, cultural engagement, and partnership development to connect Haitian American families, entrepreneurs, and organizations with resources and opportunities. A former member of Stamford’s Board of Representatives, she brings experience in public service and grassroots advocacy to her commitment to community and economic development.
