Bianca Jordan is an immigration attorney and founder of Brazen Legal, a virtual immigration law firm she launched in 2014. For more than a decade, she has helped immigrants and their families navigate the U.S. immigration system, with a particular focus on the intersection of Temporary Protected Status and complex family-based green card matters. As the eldest daughter of Haitian immigrants, Bianca built her practice around making the immigration process more accessible and less intimidating, while leading with cultural competency and respect for the dignity of the immigrant experience. That commitment also led her to create Green Light Your Green Card, an immigration education platform designed to make reliable immigration information and resources more accessible to the people who need them.
Bianca has built an online community of more than 100,000 people. Her work has been featured by NBC, and she has spoken and taught on immigration law for organizations including the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
