Dr. Martine Gordon, DNP, MSNed, RN, CPN, LNC, is a pediatric nurse, nurse educator, mentor, author, coach, and community advocate with expertise in pediatric care, nursing education, research, and healthcare leadership. She currently serves as Assistant Secretary of the Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida. She was recognized as a 20 Under 40 Young Haitian American Professional by the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida and as a Young Haitian American Citizen Award honoree by the U.S.
Haitian Chamber of Commerce. Her connection to the Haitian community includes volunteering, speaking with Haitian young adults, providing coaching and mentorship, and paying it forward by helping Haitian parents of children with autism understand how to access services, support, and resources. Her goal is to educate, encourage, and help Haitian families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
